Troubleshooting data availability
If your Process+ KPIs have been generated and no data is present, check the following possibilities:

Possible causes |
Solution |
No data collected for scheduled Process+ KPIs. |
The scheduled time for collecting data is not yet finished. |
Confirm the data collection period scheduled:
|
No data collected in a real-time data source. |
The Process+ KPIs were calculated over a period when the server was off. |
Contact the systems administrator to ensure that the server is turned on, and deploy your Action Object again. |
Data no longer stored. |
The data has been deleted as the defined number of days for storing the interim data has passed. |
The interim data is stored for 30 days and cannot be changed. |
Data was collected, but no data shows on the graphs. |
